"my father's name was BEALIE Weeler...actual spelling, and no middle name. His father was Noah Wheeler, and had 'The Old Homeplace', which is located about a quarter mile off what is now known as 'the bypass' near Jackson. The area is known as Rich Square, I think. His brother John was the jailer in Jackson and his brother Charlie was a policeman there. I think my grandfather was born in 1859. There is a family plot being kept at the homeplace(which has been owned by others for some time now) and I have seen the names and dates of those buried there...my father and his brother Robert being the last ones buried there."
