    Sanford--James Horace Wester, 83, of 615 McLeod Drive died Friday (9/3/99) at his home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Monday in the chapel at First Baptist Church by the Rev. Eric Porterfield. Burial will follow at Lee Memory Gardens. He is survived by his wife, Elsie Taylor Wester; sons, Kenneth Gwyn Wester of Lillington and Randy Wester of Garner; daughters, Marie Harrington of Lillington and Trudy Wester of Greensboro; a brother, A.
