Amos Norris served with the Co. D., 50th Reigment North Carolina Troops but he also served with the 54th Regiment. Frances J.E. applied for a Widow's Application for Pension on June 17, 1901. It states that Amos Norris join Co. D, 50th Regiment on or about May 15th, 1862. I have a copy of her application for the pension. James Norris has my copy of where Amos Norris served with the 54th.
