Laughlin Mcneill was my great great grandfather. He was wounded in the arm in Melvern Hill Va during the civil war, it had to be removed. He died on 8/30/1900 and is buried in the Mcneill cemetery near Broadway. His parents were John A and Margaret Mcneill about all I know is that they were married on Nov 17,1819 in Cumberland county, NC. I know they had 2 sons Lauchlin and John
